Overview

The Team Activity tool helps you gain valuable insights into how your team is using IMPACT+ with data such as:

  • Individual team member activity within the app including courses started and completed, events attended, and posts published.

  • Team-wide activity on individual courses and lessons.

  • Team-wide attendance of events.


How to Access Team Activity

The Team Activity tool can be accessed by navigating the Tools page and selecting the "Team Activity" link in the left sidebar.


Navigating the Team Activity Tool

The main navigation for Team Activity is organized into four main areas:

Team Members

The team members page will allow you to analyze how each individual member of your team is utilizing IMPACT+. To view a team members activity simply select the "View Activity" button for the team member you would like to view. This will bring you that team members activity dashboard where you'll be able to see:

  • the courses a member started and completed

  • the lessons a member started and completed

  • the events a member attended

  • all of the posts and comments a member has created

  • the engagement each for post or comment a member has created

Courses

The courses page will display team-wide activity for all of the courses in IMPACT+. Easily see what courses your team is focused on, how many team members have started or completed a course, and what courses haven't been started yet.

Selecting a course from the "Course Title" column will bring you to that courses activity page where you can see a list of the members who have either started or completed that course.

Lessons

The lessons page will display team-wide activity for all of the lessons in IMPACT+. Easily see what lessons your team is focused on, how many team members have started or completed a course, and what courses haven't been started yet.

From the lessons dashboard you can select a lesson from the "Lesson Title" column to view a list of the members who have either started or completed that lesson. You can also select the overall course from the "Course Title" column to see a list of the members who have either started or completed that course as a whole.

Events

The events page will display team-wide activity for all of the event sessions in IMPACT+. Easily see what sessions your team is focused on, how many team members have started or completed a particular event sessions, and what sessions haven't been started yet.

Selecting a session from the "Session Title" column will bring you to that sessions activity page where you can see a list of the members who have either started or completed that session.
