Step 1: Log into IM+ and go to the home screen.
Step 2: Ensure you have created your team in IMPACT+. See these support articles for more details on creating your team:
Step 3: Go to the Tools tab in the Top Navigation or the left-side navigation.
Step 4: Select the "Current Team" you'd like to launch a scoring round for and then select "Scorecard.
Step 5: Now, it is time to launch your scorecard. Navigate to the tools selection and select Launch Scoring Round.
Note: If you do not see Launch Scoring Round, you may not have the correct permissions. You'll want to connect with your team leader or a member of the IMPACT+ team to help make sure you have the correct permissions.
Step 6: Complete the scoring round creation form
Select the scorecard that you would like to launch.
Name your scoring report, and assign to all members that will be completing the scorecard.
Select Require Reason For Score to gain further feedback on the score selected.
Select deadline date (recommended 2 weeks)
Leave message with further instructions if needed
Note: You and all additional team members participating in the scoring round will receive an email that will include additional information and access to the assigned scorecard.
You have now launched a scoring round in IMPACT+! Your team will now fill out the scorecard on their own and then, following the completion by all team members, we recommend getting together and talking through your results and identifying your top priorities moving forward.
