Be sure to select which part is most helpful for you:
Update your existing membership subscription
Go to the Billing page and select the team you'd like to update. Be sure to check the name at the top of the page to confirm it is the correct subscription.
If you have an existing plan, you will see a page just like this one:
On this page, select Update my plan. The following page will appear with the number of seats included in your membership and the cost you are paying.
Number of seats is the TOTAL number of seats you'd like for your team to have.
You can then update the number of seats you'd like to have, update your payment method, and then click Update plan at the bottom of the page.
Select a new membership subscription
Go to the Billing page and select the team you'd like to update. Be sure to check the name at the top of the page to confirm it is the correct subscription.
If you don't have an existing membership subscription, you will see a page like this one:
Select Choose a plan to proceed to our pricing page, where you can select to upgrade either to a monthly or annual renewing membership in IMPACT+.
Enter your payment information and the number of memberships you'd like to purchase for your team, if applicable.
