How to cancel your IMPACT+ Pro membership
Here's how to cancel your IMPACT+ membership.

To cancel your IMPACT+ membership, go to Click on your name in the top right corner and select Billing.

Be sure to select the correct team you would like to cancel your membership on. At the top of the screen, it will say the current active team you are on.

Here's an example of what that will look like using the IMPACT team:

If you want to switch teams, find the team you would like to select on the right side of the screen, click the drop-down arrow next to their name, and select Manage team billing.

To manage your personal billing, select Manage my personal billing at the top left of the screen.

Once you have selected the correct team in IMPACT+, scroll to the bottom of the screen, where you will find a section titled Cancel your subscription.

Select Cancel Subscription Plans on the right-hand side to cancel your subscription. You will then be prompted to leave a reason for cancelling your subscription.
